The short version of how i got started working out is well i joined the Army. That will get ya started but one of my most current inspirational events have been battling intestinal issues as well as having appendices that of course ended with a last stage removal that left me with a thirty pound weight loss and lengthy recovery in late 2012. I'm now fully recovered and making lean gains, it is now April 2013. I have aspirations of becoming a personal trainer as i am attending collage studying in the field. Need to know more? Contact me.
