Started in High School but had no disciple in the matter. Continued through college and started learning about diets and the nutritional side of things. Loved the process of leaning down and lean gaining. Became intrigued by IIFYM, KETO, IF, Eat Stop Eat, Warrior Diet, Etc. Enjoyed helping people get the results they wanted. People began asking me to create meal plans for them and to work out with them. I then created CarvalhoFitness.com and began offering online coaching world wide and that expanded to Fitness Apparel.
I love Bodybuilding because it is peaceful and constantly challenging. I use BodySpace to track all my workouts, see my 1 Rep PR from last week and keep trying to Progressively overload my muscles. Ever since i stopped trying to compare myself with others at the gym and instead began comparing myself to my previous lifts, i have seen tremendous results. I encourage everyone to get on a solid program and stick to it. Focus on adding reps or weight every week. If you get stronger, you will grow!
