I used to watch my father work out when I was a child. I was always impressed with his strength and wanted to be like that too. Being strong like him and making him proud was a goal of mine. Rest in peace, dad.

I love the feeling after a good workout. Being exhausted and knowing that I have pushed my body to it's limits. I just feel better when I am being active. It helps me in the other activities in my life. It also helps knowing that my wife loves the gym as much as I do. She helps push me and hold me accountable for the days that I don't feel like being there.
