Have been training on and off your years with varying levels of success. Never really achieved what I wanted, but sill enjoyed it all the same. Was never really into Cardio, just lifting weights, and it showed. I guess I was at about 20-25% body fat at the end of 2011. I'd had enough of being a bit chubby, so decided to do something about it. I had a look for a program to trim down, and came across "Kris Gethins 12 week video trainer". I watched the intro video and knew that was for me. So I made the decision to use it as a New years resolution, and start on January 1st 2012. I never looked back. 12 weeks later I was 16.5kg lighter, and down to 6-7% body fat.
You always see those 12 week transformation pictures, and wonder how they did it or if its real. I used to think you couldn't get those kind of results naturally.
Now that I've finished Kris Gethins 12 week program, I am one of those people in the pictures, and proved to myself that with hard work you can get the results you want.
It's a rare day that I don't do some sort of exercise now, just don't feel right if I don't. Guess I'm addicted now!
