After my son was born June 29,2012 I was really stressed because I want to make sure I could take care of him and give him all the things that I had and what I didn't. I was dealing with some deep emotional issues stemming from me and my fathers relationship, my step father health was deteriorating and on top all that trying to keep my marriage alive. With all this going on in my life and inside my head I just let myself go. I was out of shape. I weighed 164 and for me thats fat cause I normal was always around 145-150. I stop doing the things I love (dancing,skating, hiking). I stopped talking to alot of my friends I even canceled my Facebook account. luckily I woke up fast and decided to do something about it. Got a gym membership! and started working out again everyday. My approach was to just focus on my weak area which where my Chest and Abs. So i went to work one day abs and one day chest. i would spend about 2 to 3 hr in the gym. i would spend half an hour on one machine until i felt like it was enough. After a few months in i was seeing some results be not enough compared to how much i was working out and it was a little bit frustrating. So i did some research on line checking out the bodybuilding website and forums and all i kept reading about is Diet Diet Diet. I hated that word cause i love Hamburger French fries, chicken nuggets, Pop(soda) and Donuts. But i know if i didn't get a hold to my diet i wouldn't get any where. Being that i am a Certified Hypnotherapist I used Hypnotherapy to help change my diet, i did a 7 day juice fast. Thats when the change started to happen everyday i went to the gym i would see a change in my body. I started seeing muscles in place that i had never seen. It was so exciting and that fueled my fire. I lost 10lb in 5 months now i'm 152 with 7.2%body fat. I even ran my First half marathon last month and i have asthma, there was no need to use my inhaler now i run on a regular basis. Ã I'm in the best space I've have been in a long time. Fitness is becoming more and more in grained into my life and i find that i have to go to the gym everyday because It makes my life a little better each time.
I want to help other dads bounce back. "research shows that 1 out of 10 dads develop postnatal depression and with each child a mans risk of obesity increased by 4 percent". So I went back to Hypnotherapy School, Hypnosis motivational institute in Tarzanna California (HMI) to study the dynamics of hypnosis, and weight loose. That inspired me to created Trance Fitness. "Trance Fitness" is a revolutionary mind/body weight loss and fitness program combining hypnotherapy with personal fitness training. Focusing on both mind and body creates a synergistic overall transformative lifestyle change that eliminates the frustrations of maintaining a healthy life style.
