My husband and I have both sort of let ourselves go. Things have been very busy the last couple of years and, sadly, being fit was not high on the priority list. We both finally realized that we needed to focus on health. We've begun eating healthier and working out regularly. Having a partner in this is a real benefit! We enjoy working out individually, but it's even more fun to be there for each other.

I love body building because I want to be healthy and fit. I want to live a long life with my husband. I want to help protect myself from disease and postpone aging as long as I can!
