I used to strength train / bodybuild in highschool. I am working out now to loose weight and get back into shape. Since I stopped eating gluten in any form, I feel much better and my metabolism has really improved, A LOT. I also have less inflammation and my joints feel much better. I have discovered that gluten is poison to me and I don't touch the stuff now.
