During my high school years I started working out with my buddies in the school gym. I was OBSESSED with weightlifting and jogging almost every single day. But then it all ended when high school ended. I lost my path, I lost my purpose, my reasons to lift soon faded. I was doing very well too, I was able to bench 215lbs at the age of 16, while weighing 145. But my organization was terrible, my nutrition was unbalanced, and my motivation varied.
Now here I am, an adult, and gaining weight every single day. What happened to me? I will tell you what happened, I said it in the paragraph above, I lost my OBSESSION. You need to be obsessed in order to become a true body builder. You have to set aside those lame excuses, quit those habits, and better your self physically and mentally.
So now.... now I am obsessed once again. I WILL become a true alpha body builder I was meant to be. There is no more to be said. I am DOING IT.
