i was tired of being big so i started out only running. i ran so much that i got addicted and was running up to 50+ miles a week. i wasnt into nutrition or weightlifting but i did learn how to lose weight. after while, i was getting burnt out with only running. just for the fun of it, i began to incorporate body weight exercises along with nutrition/counting calories. i loved the results i was getting and exercising ultimately became a hobby. i later learned about bulking and cutting since losing weight was so easy for me. i no longer run 50+ miles a week; its more like 10 miles now.
i love working out because it not only gives me something to do, but it makes me feel great about myself especially every time i step out in public. i love the challenge. i refuse to revert back to when i used to sit around all day doing absolutely nothing besides working. looking back it was so depressing. whats funny is that i love working out so much that i dont even think about the positive effects of it when it comes to health. great health is just a plus for me when it comes to working out lol
