Needed a body transformation. Got injured, partied too much in college and gained weight.....time for a lifestyle change.

It's my personal alone time. After a stressful day it helps me relax and I just moving around some weight. There's no greater feeling than being able to see the progress you've made when you can do a few extra reps or more weight than a previous time.
