I have Always workout here and there but since my 28th birthday I realized that I'm just getting older. And the way I feel and look is not working for me after 4 kids it left me with a lot of weight. I have a lot of work but it will be worth it. My determination to not enter my 30s like this is in full force. And the changes I have made are helping me get there. Although there is no finish line I have small goals to get to each and every month.

when I first started it was the hardest for me mainly because of the extra weight I carried but it quickly turned into a love of lifting. I absolutely love weight training I love the feeling I love getting stronger I love hitting new PR's. I train Monday - Friday and I don't miss a day unless I am severely ill if not my butt is in that gym at 5 am. I honestly love it the atmosphere and all the people on that same path the noise of hard ass work. its just something that has become an addiction and I love it!
