Played sports my whole young life - childhod through teens - including martial arts, soccer, basketball, swimming, and some each of tennis, badminton, softball. In adulthood began focusing more on basic strength routines and cardio I could do throughout life, what I can maintain as I age, that will give me the body I like to look at in the mirror every year and decade of my life.
