I learned to count to ten in the gym while my dad performed reps for his next competition I did my first pull up at 7 years old with a bodybuilder father as an obvious spot. Its has always been in my blood!

The weighroom never lets you down, its there for you in trouble times, its there for you when your in a great mood and makes you feel amazing when you reach your goals. Working out is the only form of therapy that pays you back ;)
