I weighed 355 pounds and I was starting to get nervous about how much strain I was putting my body through so I woke up one morning and said "Hey, don't just sit there, do something about it". I am now 224 pounds! So I have lost 131 pounds and still going strong! I want to get down to 160! I am on my way :) When I get down 200 pounds I am going to go sky diving to celebrate! I always set goals up with rewards at the end to keep me on track! :)
In the beginning I was very nervous about body building so I started with Zumba, hiking, and jogging. Though that worked for a start. I soon needed more so I upped my training. I got a trainer about 8 months ago and with Aaron's help I have made huge progress! I love working out and will never stop! I train with him 3 times a week, go to boot camp 2 times a week, swim 3 or so times a week, and hike when I can! I love how much energy I get from working out! It helps with my stress and my physical health! What else could I ask for really! :)
