I workout Monday to Friday waking up at 4:15 am to be at the gym by 5 am. I can feel my body and mind preparing itself even before I walk through the door of the gym. I always arrive hungry and ready to battle. The drive is phenomenal and when I start pressing or lifting or whatever I am attacking, I do it with passion. After its all be said and done my day can start and my start usually feels much better then it did when I dragged myself out of bed an 30 mins to 1 hour before work. I feel so much better physically, emotionally, and mentally. If I miss a day of gym I find the next best time to catch up. When I am on rest days I can't wait to for Monday. I find myself using everything and I mean everything as a exercise or workout. Definitely changing my lifestyle and function.
