In 2011, I was at my peak body fat percentage. I was so fat. At this stage, my older brother introduced me to weights, and before I knew it I was benching 21KG. I started progressing, researching, pumping and loving the gym.
I joined rugby, then I joined rowing, currently I have stopped rugby due to a ongoing leg injury which occured November 2014. I lost a lot of gains and added a lot of fat, and i am currently trying my best to do what I can to get back there.
Now, I have goals of being a personal trainer of a large gym company, started by me of course! I am and always will be 100% natural, and I strive to be the best I can be and inspire others.
Main inspirations came from Aziz Shaversian, Elliot Hulse, Hodgetwins and Jeff Cavaliere.
Biggest inspiration? The mirror!
The sensation of burning muscles, desperate for you to stop. That threshold which tells you to stop, and the feeling you get when you come out of the end, as a winner. Thats why i love working out.
