Since I have started I have been working out but got off track few times since life brings things we can't predict. However I have not given up nor do I plan to. I have dropped 4 dress sizes since and I am now size 2....planning on reaching size 0 soon. I am close to my goal but we all know that to lose the last 5 lbs and last 5% body fat you have to work your butt off...literally!!! So here we go, Monday August 27. 2012 is my first day of the 21 day shred phase....LET'S DO THIS!!
I reached size 0 then got ill. Wasn't sure what really happened, did bunch of tests saw many doctors and nothing. They changed my Thyroid hormone, helped for a little while, now back to feeling like crap. I gained back the 5lbs and 5% body fat and I am determined once again to lose it...this time for good. Let's see if I can make my 36 look as good as 34 did.
