I decided to join a gym almost 10 years ago, after I quit smoking and drinking alcohol. I put on some weight as many people do, so I decided to use the money saved to get fit and healthy.

I loved lifting weights, I loved shocking myself and others who watched in the background! I loved the fact that I was working out with the men and sometimes out lifting them (they always caught up at some point though). I love being a strong woman both on the inside and outside.
