I start working out about 3 years ago .. I start about 5 or 6 but it was one week in 2 months out .. then 3 years ago I realize how important is to workout ! "Mentally and physically " I'm almost 30 and I can say that I feel pretty good about it ...at this current moment of November 2013 I'm training for my 3rd show for NPC man's physique .. I have come a long ways but still a long road to walk .. but one day at the time !
I love bodybuilding , because it always has the right tools and supplements that I need , suck as vitamins proteins , etc and best part always better price .. And I love working out because Mentally makes me.feel good and is my me time when I'm at the gym , and it helps me a lot from reality of life and problems that every one has , and physically because I can see my body changing and getting stronger and being able to do things that I couldn't done before makes me happy and feels good !
