I always loved being active as a kid and playing sports. I asked for my first personal trainer as a teenager and I fell in love with weight lifting. I started lifting weights and have done it consistently ever since but now I'm lifting heavier than ever, squatting more weights and more sets and doing insane pull ups and pushups. The harder I work the better I feel and the more addicted I get. I laugh because I feel like a "meat head" sometimes when i talk about how many pull ups I did or how much weight Im squatting or pressing or lifting.
I love working out because it makes me feel good. It makes me feel good physically but it also makes me feel good emotionally. It helps me to be physically strong but it also helps me to be mentally strong in my every day life as well. I love seeing the changes in my body and that makes me work even harder. I guess I'm just lucky that I like to workout so much. People always ask me what my hobbies are? I tell them... I work out. That's my hobby!
