I started to train again almost a year ago due to gaining about 40 pounds in my last relationship. Since, I train about 5x-6x a week for 1.5-2 hours that involves crossfit and interval training. My goal is to be at 15% BF and 135-140pds.

I love working out because it's part of who I am. I have always been an athlete and competitive since I was a kid. I love the rush, pushing my body to it's capacity, and most importantly feeling good mentally and physically.
