I have been into working out off and on for years. (More off than on)

I have not worked out in about a year and a half. However, due to stress and not trying to, I have lost a lot of weight. I want to get healthy. Although I do not have health problems (per my doctor and lab work), I need to gain some weight. I need to gain muscle. It is time for me to get back into lifting weights.

I love seeing results (although I have a long way to go), but I really like how I feel after a good workout!

This people here show me that age doesn't matter and if I stick with it, I CAN achieve it.
