I've been lifting weights since I was 13. I borrowed a friends weights and had to role them up my body while I laid on the floor so that I could get them on my chest to be able to bench it. Worried my mother who bought me a cabled set for Christmas that year to keep me from getting hurt. It helped, but I definitely like free weights better. Now that I have a family and have the stress of being the main income (my husband is disabled) I find it much harder to get to what I want to do, since there is soooo much I need to do.

I love how powerful I used to feel lifting and after. I want to be strong and sexy again for myself and my husband.
