When I was 18 I weighed 97kg and was unhappy in every way imaginable- I hated my body, I hated myself for doing it to myself and I felt embarrassed, unattractive and lost- I first lost my bulk of weight through weightwatchers with no exercise and reached my goal of 76kg. For about 3 years I remained this weight yoyoing around 2-3kg and then I decided- I can do better than this! When I first started exercising I could only run for a couple of minutes before being exhausted. In three months I'd lost 9kg of fat and could run 10km. I guess I just had an epiphany of sorts and realised that I'm in charge of my life and lifestyle- And Ive never been happier- Now encorporating weight training,Ive built muscle feel and look amazing and have future goals of competing in figure! I love the way I feel in my skin now and it's only going to get better!
