I got tired of looking like a typical mom who's using the I'm-so-busy/I'm-too-tired excuse and wanted to get back to the way I looked 10 years ago when I first entered a Body For Life contest.

It feels great! I have more energy, I'm happier .... it also helps to know that working out will help keep me from getting diabetes as it runs on my mom's side of the family.
