ive always liked working out. i used to lift weights when i was mad, a great stress relief/From there, I went to the gym pretty regular. I love the way my body feels while lifting heavy! Makes me feel strong and powerful. I have lifted on and off for over 13 years.. I have been pretty regular the last 6 years. My body has deffinately been through many changes! And there are many more to come,, but only good ones :)..
