well I was dirt biking a lot until I got a lower back injury.so for now the bike is laid up,and I've decided to do weight training instead, with a goal of gaining strength and size.and to improve my lung health,as I have always had lung problems since I was two.

I love the sense of satisfaction it gives me to lift and increase the weight bit by bit, makes you feel good for hours.
