In January 2011, I was at my heaviest, weighing in at 326 lbs, I had just had my son in June and was a stay at home mom, which meant I only ate when my Little was sleeping and usually something quick and unhealthy. I knew that he was going to soon be an active 1-2 year old boy and there was no way that I would be able to keep up with him. I contacted my doctor and got a referral for weight-loss surgery. in August of 2011 I had a Sleeve Gastrectomy and was on my way!! I love 25lbs prior to the surgery and 90lbs from the surgery. I had plateaued and decided that I needed to keep moving down the scale, so I got some motivation and joined a gym and l am IN LOVE!! Never in my life did I think that I would be the person who got a high from working out. Now if I go a day without it I can feel it!! I spend 30-60 minutes doing cardio and 30-45 minutes weightlifting a day. The changes I have seen in my body have been amazing, motivating and now I have a crazy active 3 year old that has to keep up with me!!!
