Have yoyo dieted off and on many times. Never really learned proper eating habits. One day the wife says, "I want to start eating healthier and lose some weight."
That's when it began. I started looking for ways to improve the way I ate to try and inspire her along with myself. While doing some of my "research", I happened onto bodybuilding.com.
Looking through the site and reading many of the posts, I found myself becoming more and more inspired by the tremendous changes I've seen.
I have learned so much in the short time I've been visiting on bodybuilding.com and learning more and more each day. The daily posts I read keeps me motivated.
I feel like I'm looking better and know I'm feeling better. Wife says she notices a big improvement overall.
Working on strength, looking to the day when I might even be able to do my first pullup. :)
