I've always been "fit", but not as fit as today and I'm only getting started... My boyfriend has been lifting for years and we would go to the gym together, but I'd make a turn toward the cardio machines. It is because of him that I lift properly, know which exercises are for what muscles, and feel very comfortable and confident any where in the gym!

I love bodybuilding/working out because it's challenging and depending on how much I choose to push myself, the results, without a doubt, will reflect my commitment and dedication.
