I started working out because of an injury in 8th grade. After a while I started to see results in my strengthen and I liked it. Now I love working out every single chance I get. I work out every single day, no exceptions.

I love working out because I know I am getting stronger for my college football team. Lately I have taken my training to a whole new level and have been pushing myself harder than I ever have before. I have really been seeing my improvements and I feel great. I can physically see the progress I have made when I look in the mirror and I see how much fat I have lost in my stomach area. I see how strong my muscles have gotten from seeing my max's go up. And I see how much bigger my muscles have gotten when I'm working out and I see my muscles through my shirt! I guess you could say it's an addiction
