I've always been involved in personal fitness, with small breaks during the year. Usually my goal is to stay fit cardiovascularly and to maintain upper body muscle tone. Cross-country running seems to do the trick, along with low-resistance total-gym exercises. Unfortunately, the long-term result is my physique looks too lean and I have a mini-spare tire wrapped around my waist that needs to be removed. In high school, the military, and college I was in superior condition. Marriage, family, work, and age has handicap my efforts to stay in shape. The goal: I am looking forward to seeing the former me first and then exceeding it. Stay tuned
There's is no better feeling than being in top physical condition. it looks good in the mirror and feels great during recreational activities. Bodybuilding is competition between your Desire and Will; their race should always be close. It rewards you for your effort: 1) you set an attainable goal, 2) you develop an achievable routine that can be measured, and 3) you witness the results. If the schedule is too easy or difficult you adjust it to meet the need. In the end, the outcome is a earnest function of the income; luck never gets credit.
Bodybuilding is a community of people seeking the same goal and working to overcome the same challenges. The individuals in the community often share their successes and mistakes experienced during their journey of body transformation with its members. The community emotionally supports one another, encouraging its member not to quit before realizing the end.
As stated earlier, there's is no better feeling than being in top physical condition.
