Over the course of 2013 and into early 2014 I lost more than 140 lbs. Then I began working with a personal trainer in January 2014. He helped me see that my body will do exactly what I want it to do and showed me the tools to get me there. I worked with him for 9 months before setting out on my own.

With the weight loss came inspiration, confidence and an intense desire to be MORE than I ever thought that I could. Healthy, fit, sexy, strong ... these are things I used to believe I would never be.
