Ive always played many sports and been active my whole life so it was only natural to lift and train in my free time. Once I started to see some results from some hard work and patients my whole mentality changed. But it wasn't until I suffered from a stroke in 2012 that I realized how important life is and the importance of putting everything you have into what you love to do. This flipped me into fitness and creating my life around it. I took my time off from the stroke to recover and eductate myself about nutrition, did a personal training certification, learned what works for all kinds of people to make healthy, fit or aesthetically pleasing body. I will always workout, I will always be a competitor whether it is litereal or just challenging myself but it is something that I thrive off of and setting specific goals has helped me reach where I am today and will help me counquer whatever I set my eyes on in the future, the journey never ends.
Set Goals, Work Hard, Stay Focused, One step at a time. If you've never done something you thought you couldn't ever do, then you're really not living. You're never going to feel the sense and freedom of ultimate accomplishment. You don't have to go climb mount Everest or run a marathon, it can be anything you really felt uncomfortable doing but always wanted to. Let yourself be open and unafraid of failure and take a chance of attaining what you want, because just maybe one of those times you will achieve what you want and the world will seem different for you. I have had a stroke, I fought tirelessly and recovered to only then have epileptic side effects which I still fight to this day. I've worked, I've set goals, I've learned that failure was just a state of mind. I've transformed my body into fitness model quality because it is who I wanted to be. It didn't just happen though, I used experience and time to work with my mind to get to where I am... So if you're reading this please don't feel pity or think I am using this for attention. I am sharing my life's experience to hope you see insight into your own life to find who you want to be and the way you can fight to get there. Training and working out has done this for me, and I sincerely hope you can find your path to achieve who you want to be too. This is why I love Bodybuilding.
