I've always had a very high metabolism and by the time I was 14, I was so skinny my hip bones would show and I hated it. I'm originally from Brazil and after seeing so many strong women on tv and on magazines I found out that bodybuilding would help me gain the weight I needed,the healthy way. I started it when I was 15 but was never consistent with it. I did put on mass but it wasnt until last August that I began taking it seriously, haven't stopped since and don't intend on stopping either lol.
Bodybuilding is a very important part of my life now. After years of battling with depression,I realised that it is the only positive way of letting go of any negative emotions I may have. I love seeing the results and every time I notice a change I come back for more but the impact it has had on my wellbeing has been incredible and I'm truly greatful for it.
