Growing up in a small home, not having guidance and education from my parents, I developed a lot of insecurities growing up. Insecurities that our world teaches us to be insecure about. Like being fat, too skinny, chicken legs, being poor, etc.. I started developing too many insecurites & then I found sports when I was about 10. Basketball & baseball were my favorites, but I was always told I was too small. More insecurities. After a life long of being told you can't. After going through a rough divorce I decided to stop procrascinating and being insecure & start believing. While I've worked out since I was about 19 I've never been consistent. 4 months on 1 year off. These last 2 years of my life I've been 2 straight years on. 2 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week in the gym, but 24/7 living the fitness life. Eat, sleep & train. I've added about 10 lbs of solid muscle & feel great! I'm all natural, 100%!!!
Before it was all about being physically appealing to others. These days I'm all about being the best! The best 100% natural body in the world! During the last year of my life I've received many emails, Facebook hits & face to face compliments and questions about how I stay fit & look great. Inspiring others is a powerful feeling. Makes me feel great when I've inspired someone to come train with me and I can help transform their life.
