I started working out when I took a weight training class in 8th grade and never looked back! It has been a huge part of my life ever since and have been working out consistently since I was 15. I rarely if ever skip a planned workout day... Unless I am knocking on death's door, I am going to the gym. The gym is my happiness and I do not feel the same on the days I do not go.
I base my life around the gym. I absolutely love keeping fit, accomplishing new goals and being healthy! The cool thing about is that not only am I keeping fit, but I am keeping healthy at the same time. It's win, win. I am 100% natural and view steroids or any illegal performance enhancing drugs as cheating. Do what YOU want, but I prefer to keep it natural because part of this is the health benefits for me. I may never get the physique I truly want without them, but I am much happier with a lesser physique and not having to worry about having a heart attack later in life (from steroids at least lol)
