Goals change, life changes. It has been one heck of a ride for the past 10 years. Prioritize change and life takes on deeper meaning. What I do these days? Graduate student in Psychotherapy and my background is in Dietetics and Health Promotions for 15 years. I work as Behavioral and Health Coach for Noom and love it. Training takes on a deeper meaning and do it for overall heath and wellness. I am a dedicated meditator and chant daily for the past 13 years. New goals since recovery, is continue moving forward. Drop some bodyfat, gain some size and get sexy AF for the new year. Have not seen my abs in a few years and I am ready to dial in on my nutrition and peel back some layers to see whatâs cracking. ?? #staylifted

2012-2015
4 year ago I was at 40% bodyfat and decided I wanted to take my fitness and nutrition to the next level. I have a background in dietetics however I did not see the body I wanted. I was healthy and exercised however I did not want to be average mom of 3. I wanted to see just how far I could go without a tummy tuck, lipo or a boob job. Here I am 3 years later on 3rd Figure competition, off season I am between 17 to 20 % BF and maintain between 115-120 lbs. I feel great and continue to Empower myself and inspire other moms that anything is possible. Going into this offseason I want to put on more muslcle. Wider back, smaller waist and build out my shoulders a bit more. Looking at physique for next year. I tend to build happy. I love to lift heavy, train insane and grub. So going with the flow of my body and see what unfolds.
