I have worked out for years just for fun and the way it makes you fee. Over the past few years, I have been into Crossfit and gaining strength. I tend to let life get in the way and let my body suffer when as a family we get busy. I am starting to get back into working out and making those life altering changes. Over the holidays I have been so out of shape and eating junk. I am tired, overweight, have trouble breathing, and am ready to life a healthy life. 2017 will be my year that I take care of my body. I dedicate my time and energy to becoming the best me, wife, and mother I can be. I will encourage others and be a positive role model for friends, family, and the bodybuilding community.
Working out is a stress reliever for me. I enjoy all the benefits of it and continue to push myself to new limits. Working out is my "me" time. I love I get to be healthy but yet also encourage my boys to join me. I will do my workout then I do a little extra cardio with my boys. Working out gives you the boost that you need in the morning. I am a teacher and I utilize my knowledge of working out with my young class of 3 year olds. Working out has become an obsession of mine. I hope to make the healthy changes needed to live a long, healthy life with my family.
