I stated working out after I gained a few pounds in my first year of College. I was just doing cardio about 4 times a week. That helped me loose my freshman 15 but then I plateaued. I decided to hit the weights. I had no idea what I was doing but loved that I started loosing weight again. Now I want to get big and lean!

I love the feeling I get just after finishing a workout. It gets me so pumped for the rest of the day. I also love knowing i'm having a healthier lifestyle!
