I originally just wanted to lose weight but after getting a membership at a local gym I realized that I had no clue where to start. Thus I received and email from bodybuilding.com and was eventually led to discover a work-out program for beginners from fitness trainer Jamie Eason. So glad to now be a part of the BodySpace team!
