My brother was skinny and tall as was i, so i decided to stop being lazy and skinny and to get bigger and a fitter looking body.
First off when i was young i was always one of the stronger kids within my group of friends as i always played spot. But because i was always the taller one i was skinny and lanky. My older brother had a similar problem but he was slightly shorter than me. So he decided to hit the gym and put on some weight. A year later i saw the results he was getting and it inspired me to hit the gym myself. Once i started it became addictive (as you all know) i started taking better care of my body with what i ate. As i got bigger, stronger, faster, fitter i noticed a massive change in my sporting ability (not that i was ever lacking). Of course i watched Pumping Iron and it inspired me seeing Arnold Schwarzenegger, this man that was around my height and Lou Ferrigno which was even taller having this massive perfectly sculpted bodies. Like most, i was mostly inspired by Arnie and ever since I've never looked back, pushing my self harder and harder every workout constantly changing it up.
I love bodybuilding/working out because it's a constant challenge to lift heavier, push harder to get results which i enjoy as i've always been a result driven person. The sense of accomplishment is so satisfying.
