I started when i was 14 yrs old I was always skinny weighed 120 all the way threw high school i worked out but could never gain weight.. I got stronger but i wanted to be bigger so I just ate a lot off food every 2 hrs and took weight gainer, protein, took my bcaa took me a long time to get were i am now love being 225lbs benching 330lbs squatting 500lbs leg pressing 800 lbs

why i love this sport well its because when i was younger kept me out of trouble always motivated me to work harder and i was always bulled when i was younger so this game me self confidence. know im going to school to be a personal trainer ..this is a passion a life style not for the faint of heart , its hard work dedication reaching your highest achievements goals you have to love this sport i think to do what we do everyday..
