I have always been active in sports and realized that it was getting harder to stay up with things in soccer/softball/etc. Therefore, I decided to start working out hard again. I began with the Jamie Eason Live Fit Trainer in January 2012. I followed pretty well... not 110% though. I lost about 7lbs and 4%BF - my scale was old and just now realized it is not accurate to the 132lb I thought was at as of April 2012. I believe I was around 140lb and over the summer months I have slacked off [so around 147lb?]. However, I am now super dedicated to get back at it. I am ready to kick some booty!!!!
1) I love weightlifting. I went from a 95lb max on flat bench at the beginning of Jamie Eason Live Fit Trainer to 120lb max. I highly encourage using weights to all my girlfriends - for the first time in my life, I have definition in my triceps :)
2) I love spinning classes. Great challenge each day. Awesome way to increase your cardiovascular health.
