Felt like hell a fat slob no energy. Decided that I needed to get offf my fat ass and get with the program. I am still way short of my goals but I do feel a lot better.

Makes me feel good about doing something for myself. Love the gym workouts. I think I am going to get stuck on workouts at my gym. It is a life style that you can not go wrong with. Keep it simple and fun.
