Grew up the "husky" kid. Grew up eating doughnuts and washing it down with Cokes. Lots of self image problems always being the bigger kid. I was blessed to be tall and pretty good and playing basketball and it kept me from being completely out of control. Found a passion for Training and nutrition to try and save myself. It helped me play my way through College. After playing got into coaching basketball with long days and many nights on the road, hitting up every fast food place and sipping on Sweet Tea like it was my second calling. Lost complete track of my fitness. The crazy thing was I was the strength coach and writing eating programs for the players. Finally hit a low point at over 300lbs with pretty much all the muscle I had worked for completely gone. Over the past two years I've started to get back on track and this past year completely dedicated myself to a new me. I'm excited to see how far I can take my body.
