Was an athlete up until a few years ago when I started having chronic pain. I finally found out that I had broken my neck at one point in my life and did not know. As crazy as that sounds, it is true. After leaving the site and working out, I had managed to get up to 255lbs and had lost hope. Now I have 2 kids, with a wonderful supportive wife, been through surgery and back on the attack with a vengeance. I started eating clean again a week prior to surgery at 6'3" I was 255lbs and I am already down to 230lbs, 7 weeks post op. On my way back, yeah buddy!
