Well, my mother broke Canadian records in powerlifting in the 1980s and qualified for internation competition, while my father was a power lifter and football player as well, so weight lifting eventually became a thing for me. I was overweight when i was 15, I eventually became motivated enough to pick up a dumbell not knowing what to do and had a good friend train me while I was young and my parents gave me some guidance on and off. I lost some motivation after getting in a rough relationship up's and down's so I went back to the gym recently again but with much more drive then ever before, one point you will realise negative energy might push you to do certain things, but being even better than that you have to enjoy what you do, and weight lifting has been a great hobby. It has always been easy for me to pack on muscle naturally, my goal is to get even leaner and work on aesthetics instead of sheer mass. Maybe one day I will compete in physique and aesthetics once I feel ready.
I am pretty introverted unless I have similarities with another which seems to be rare these days, so I enjoy putting time into weight lifting and achieving personal goals, I had it in me to push myself, a desire, I believe everyone does deep down, sometimes you just need a little guidance and the dedication will come along with that, just be patient, it is a journey not a race and it will be worth it
