I've always been active as a child and teenager in sports and outdoor activities including soccer, football, running, hiking and other activities. I started doing p90x when I was just out of high school and it helped to give me better foundation into working out and fitness training. I was involved in a car accident in 2013 and spent almost 3 weeks in the hospital plus 3 months at home recovering. It was after this that I began to go to the gym with a buddy and started weight training. I've been hooked ever since!!!
I love it because it not only helps to better my physical self, but my mental and even spiritual self too. When I am training and working out I am at peace with myself and I feel as though I am bettering myself in everyway possible. I come away feeling accomplished and driven to better myself more. I am thankful for what bodybuilding and training has done and has given me.
