I started following a lot of fitness pages and fitness models on Facebook. Ashley Horner was one of my favorites to read. She always had great before and after pictures of people on her programs, great advice, recipes and motivation. One day I saw a girl's transformation. Her before looked exactly how I knew I looked, her after was AMAZING. She was the same height as me, the same weight at the beginning of the program and she was built like me, a pear. Thick thighs and a little love handle but relatively thin everywhere else. This flipped a switch in my brain. I had never, not once, seen a before image that I could equate to my own body. So I knew I needed to try this program. I followed the program through the end and lost nearly 20 pounds and 13.5 inches, gained gorgeous muscle in my back and arms, and my butt shrunk by half. This has made me so much happier and confident. I never want to lose that.
